FISS/DDE is available 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday and 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST) on Saturday unless maintenance or enhancement functions are being performed. When we are closed on major holidays and closed for minor holidays on a rotating basis, providers will be notified via our listserv email function.
